Daily I pray for Boots - kith and kin;
and my son who was friend/military peer.
Boots died in military conflict for God/country.
My son survived - haunted by war `Gunga Din’.
　
　
I just saw movie: Lions for Lambs portraying same.
Heart aches daily for son/peers past and present.
How do I thank soldiers who risk life and limb?
I pray I do my part so that they do not serve in vein.
　
　
American Cheyenne Boots shared history with son.
One legend Princess Amber - name now of granddaughter.
Please dear God, in Jesus’ name, through Holy Spirit:
Peace on earth, good will toward men; your will be done.
