Pursuit of Happiness

 PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

© ARC 7/14/22

Our Declaration of Independence has sacred axiom:

Life, Liberty…Pursuit of Happiness – inalienable rights.

Washington had it read to integral revolutionary troop:

Indians/Blacks/Women were not part of supreme group.

Over two centuries have passed and still are excluded:

Supreme Court is supposed to be wise and progressive.

Yet, they too, have failed in illuminating sacred ideals:

imprudent rulings fortified division detonating appeals.

In Dredd Scott vs Stanford, blacks could not be citizens:

Bowers vs Hardwick discriminated against homosexuals.

Bush vs Gore, partisan prejudice halted counting of votes:

totally antithesis of their religion for they represent goats.

Citizens must peacefully protest by speech and action:

Anti-War/Civil/Gay/Women/Black Lives Matter…rose up.

Life/LibertyPursuit of Happiness heritage IS for one/ALL:

EXCLAIM, ACT, STAND-UP, WRITE ON EVERY WALL!

The Bible tells us, “for we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ….” (2 Corinthians 5:10). You and I and every other person will be either on the right or left hand of Jesus. Those on the right hand, represented as sheep, are the saved. Those on the left hand, represented as goats, pictures the lost.Nov 2, 2019
