I honor/salute all kith/kin who have served:

 

walking Constitution talk is work in progress:

 

Our neophyte country has the `words’ right:

 

it is military who exemplify hallowed wright.

 

 

 

For our nation exclaims `under God’ in pledge:

 

we agree that democracy means freedom for all.

 

Justice, equality for men/women, sex, race, age:

 

know past/present/future role models world stage.

 

 

 

Our veterans step up to uphold these truths:

 

with volunteer spirit and courage to defend.

 

Truly, I hold you in awe and deepest respect:

 

each one of you an honorary, notable prefect.

An extra salute to you who experienced conflict:

 

upholding freedom for me and incoming admissions.
