Most of the time you read about them:

luminaries who shine/role model divine grace.


But, sometimes you meet one heaven sent:

you are being blessed gazing at their face.



I met Suzie at park over a decade ago:

She, Joan, Mary Ann: angels on earth.


I was healing from horrific assault:

they nurtured my renaissance rebirth.



I have since learned more about Suzie’s past:

it is out of a nightmare fraught with evil/pain.


On her own, she transformed horror to conquest:

creating life abundant like field of overflowing grain.


No matter who hurts/tries to destroy you:

rise above – become better than their sin.

Not only did she make lemonade from sour lemons:

Suzie then shared pitchers overflowing for kith/kin.


Her secret of positive happiness that makes her shine:

it is what is, move on, bless life like aromatic myrrh.

Suzie reminds me of the best of what humans can be.

I am so grateful that I have been blessed knowing her:


Unconditional love/empathy/respect…ideals:

they are awesome traits that we all strive for.

Thank you dear notable Suzie for caring so much:

I am honored: grateful for you make my heart soar!
