Out Of The Dots

I’m not a genius nor a politician;
not a professor nor a scientist.
Not an engineer nor inventor;
I am citizen who thinks out of the dots.

Let’s start with immigrants at our border;
problem has been increasing steadily.
Lament is America does not have resources;
then charge mother country fee for adults to tots.

In USA child’s parents responsible when do wrong;
country should be accountable for their population.
When their citizens leave because of policy and neglect,
they then liable for economic burden placed on foster host.

How about water drought problem affecting West;
we build aqueducts state to state like highway system.
Water channeled North/East putting country to work;
now that would be something to make us boast.

Civil Paid Service eligible for one and all;
with compensation/perks/training like military get.
Low pay, housing, medical, training are the norm;
annul homelessness, re-channel youth, clean up locals, more.

Accredited public broadcasting free on-line education;
with no taxes for anyone under $50K per year is goal.
Unless America aims for highest thouing in divine aspiration;
country’s future will be nothing more than heartrending folklore. ###
