According to our research, healthiest and happiest seniors are ones with an active social life.

Dancing is the best form of exercise; folk dancing is extremely popular as it resonates with every culture;
no partners needed.

Many seniors are unaware that most cities offer FREE transportation,
and/or have government subsidized Dial-A-Lift and/or ACCESS programs.

Also, most senior centers have government subsidized lunches
and/or home delivery for those unable to get out on a regular basis.

Many senior centers offer social/get-acquainted activities: card playing, dancing, arts/crafts…
Sometimes the SOLO senior finds it hard to get started…this is where a loving family member is crucial in helping:
one is work/two is playJ.
