OXFORD MODEL HOMES: MEN, WOMEN, COUPLES, FAMILIES…
Homes adhere to all board/care safety regulations.
Guests sign a minimum three month contract.
First week, Friday thru Thurs.: COMPLIMENTARY - donated food.
Then donation $100.00 Fri. thru Thurs. and/or $20.00 per day.
Guests provide own food; open Food Bank pantry.
ARC is not a landlord; guest is not a tenant.
ARC reserves the right to notify guest of egress for any reason.
A guest will be instructed to leave based on any disrespect to:
ARC, management, home ruling, volunteer, fellow guest, neighborhood.
Guest removes all belongings upon leaving; and/or donated to ARC.
The home is a working home which means no one allowed in home
Monday thru Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. unless permission by management for reasons of illness, administrative meeting, etc.
This does not apply to the children’s home for caretaking parent.
Mandatory: Sunday church/worship center or Friday Sabbath service.
Mandatory: democratic meeting Wednesday 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Curfew: Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m.; Lights out Midnight.
Curfew: Friday/Saturday Midnight; Lights out 1:00 a.m.
No loud noise within and/or outside home: voices, radios, TVs.
Weekend growth enrichment assignments passed out Wednesdays.
Homework assignments due Tuesday with mentoring follow-up.
Guest commits to a three month contract adhering to:
`work a program’ by getting a sponsor, attending mandatory in-home meetings, outside meetings determined by sponsor, adhere to all parole and/or probation instructions, follow house rules/homework assignments.#
