Sometimes semantics gets in way of common sense:
President is Commander in Chief of our Military.
Oath of Office accepts Constitution and Martial onus:
premier has eclectic duties – respected power is bonus.
No one is above the law in American democracy:
Nixon had to resign when maleficence exposed.
Trump during campaign asserted followers’ blind:
he could murder someone, and they would not mind.
A getaway criminal driver is guilty if victim dies:
punishment is harsh and swift for felony acts.
Trump knew he incited immanent lawless action:
his grasp for power was Machiavellian malefaction.
Americans, rise up in horror, at this unsanity truth:
like Emperor Has New Clothes, supporters deny fact.
American history has multitudinous monstrous deeds:
ultra-right tries to deny/purge/eliminate like vile weeds.
Hitler’s Final Solution stirred by US exploit Indians/ slaves:
Chomsky warns `historical amnesia’ denies naked truth.
Our January 6th committee EXPOSED Trump’s affliction:
treason law rules life incarceration for violent dereliction.
America must hold him accountable for horror unleased:
if not, we will embolden followers to exponentially grow.
We must prove to self and world integrity of principles:
CONSTITUTION epitomizes rights/justice for ALL ideals.
