The Bridge Game

I was lonely with no money for fun pursuits.

Playing Bridge recommended for seniors.

Located free class at Jewish Community Center.

Casino/Poker/Canasta rich memories childhood roots.


I met phenomenal new friends but game was hard.

Game difficult challenge requiring memory: my short suit.

Inge Johnson now in sweet by and by was gifted teacher.

Peers encouraged so hung in creeping inch and yard.


It was all about people for me versus competition.

I though had goal to become worthy opponent.

Learning for me has always been arduous affair.

Success is laborious writing and study repetition.


The nonprofit Long Beach Bridge Club is sharing.

Classes by volunteer Mensches are available to me.

I am awed at their dedication/stellar teaching skills.

They are ultimate in role modeling mitzvah caring.


Recently two events scored second and first place.

Milestone says thank you to my mentors.

You have touched me, I have grown.

My life is enriched because of your grace.###

I recently saw movie Capernaüm ("Chaos");
it won the Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize:
received 15 minute standing ovation -
my heart forever more aching over pathos.

I am beseeching prosperous individuals/groups;
to provide gratis `Vas Deferens’ with dividend:
their honor contributing to world salvation -
warriors for improved future: enlightened troops.

We are overpopulated on earth home;
climate change adds to foreboding burden:
infants/children suffer the most from passions -
we must change or condemn us to eulogy tome.

Antithesis to women instinct is abortion;
birth control unfair/expensive/aggressive:
for men inert office less than hour procedure -
positive semantics result in male contribution.

Inspire men to decrease population before pall;
potent leaders with abundance role model way:
juxtaposed with purifying earth home -
SAVE THE CHILDREN rallying cry by all.

I am more vulnerable now than ever before,

with twilight years hurling towards horizon.

My prayers are daily for universal kith and kin;

those who care/share make my heart soar.


May you/yours be blessed with exponential grace,

serenity/wisdom with family, friends, associates.

May your heart be filled with harmony and joy;
